Please note we do not offer any refunds on our events, products or services, however;
● In the rare case of a cancelled event, we will offer all participants credit for a future event that aligns with your schedule.
● If you cannot attend an event you purchased because of health reasons or something happening beyond your control. You can reach out to us to request credit for a future event.
● If you have bought a ticket to an event and want to transfer the ticket to someone else. Please reach out to us and with the team's approval, you may resell or gift the ticket to someone else.
